Hello, I’m Lynda Greene. I am happy to be working here at RDA Systems. I’ve had many years of experience in customer support as well as working in finance and payroll for schools and government. So, I feel like I can identify with the issues facing our customers.
I’ve been here at RDA for about 6 months. Everyone here is knowledgeable about the product and they are all extremely helpful and willing to share what they know. We all care about our product and our customers. I couldn’t ask for a better team of co-workers.
It is my desire to be able to ease the frustrations of our users by providing excellent support when needed. I hope to make our customers’ jobs easier and to provide them with exemplary care for many years to come.
