Release notes for release 4.1.17-47723:
- Updated WV 2026 tax tables
- Updated VRS Optional Life rates effective July 1, 2026
- Added a deduction computation type of elected percentage of running net in payroll
- Adding a flag for Secondary Job Retirement Salary to payroll and budget prep’s job and the gather jobs report in budget prep. Also added a report to set this flag in mass to payroll.
- Added a PO next approver report
