RETIREMENT PLANS

A new file has been created for OpenRDA so that retirement plan masters can be created and then assigned to personnel demographics. This file is available to all OpenRDA Enterprise customers and with the optional SW bundle HR26 for OpenRDA 101 customers. The file contains the four fields for Retirement Plan (the identifier, up to 15 characters), Title (up to 40 characters), Plan ID (up to 15 characters), and Description (up to 400 characters).
Virginia??customers: ??the first 5 characters of the retirement identification??must??be the agency/group code.
Tennessee customers: ??the first 5 charactes of the retirement identification must be the contribution group code.
