Greetings.

Due to winter weather conditions and the potential for conditions to quickly turn hazardous in our area, the RDA Customer Care team will be working from their homes today (Wednesday). Please assume the Team will be operating without electricity and access to the internet. Use email (support@rdasys.com) to make your requests known. Thanks for the update. I hope you are all safe and warm. It’s headed our way and we are expecting 9-12″ of snow. I opt out for SPRING!
