10-LEVEL ACTIVITY REPORT (EXPENDITURE)

The 10-Level Activity Report for OpenRDA allows different lengths of the same dimension/component to be included in the sort and totals. Headers must exist in the Chart of Accounts for the description to display. The activity detail information will only display when Display Activity Detail is on/true (from the Sort tab). The report displays the following: processing (fiscal) year and month; posted status, posted date, entry date (affect date if using that feature), transaction number, appropriations, expenditures, encumbrances, source user, and comments. The Report Description tab provides an illustration of how to use the different sort levels. Since this illustration may not match your organization’s expenditure account code structure, please see the Range tab for your structure.
