We have recently had high call volumes regarding a download issue when running OpenRDA software on a Mozilla Firefox browser. We have not experienced this issue when using Google Chrome. As we have tested products and enhancements in the recent past we have found that Google Chrome has become the more compatible browser. While you are not required to use any particular browser, we do want to let you know that Google Chrome is now recommended and preferred by RDA and should provide you with a smoother user experience.
