8.5×11 LASER MAILER

A new style of billing statement has been created and added to the menus in OpenRDA and in Xpert. The display of this new statement is controlled by the Billing Type in the Generic Setup Variables. It is similar to the 8.5×11 mailer and can be folded and placed in a window envelope (or used as a mailer depending on the paper stock). We encourage any customer who is still using postcards to consider changing to one of these mailers (as postcards often are torn or damaged by post office equipment or in delivery). Pre-printed information is organization-defined and provided to a printing company to fit the computer-generated billing information.
