ARCHIVES: DEFINE LIST

A virtual field for Archived Date has been created for use on the define list for Archives. This is the Date field from the archive that is formatted YYYY-MM-DD. A position and length for this field can be established temporarily or saved in screen defaults for use instead of the actual date field from the file. A formatted date field allows the contents of the browse to be sorted chronologically.
