Assign Retirement Plan to Personnel Demographics

The December 6, 2013, programs release will include a report for assigning the Retirement Plan in Personnel Demographics in mass. For Virginia customers, it is imperative that the first 5 characters of the Retirement Plans begin with the 5-digit agency code (used by VRS Navigator). The agency code for the employee is a required field in the ICMA-RC payroll interface file for VRS Hybrid Plans. This requirement is a change from previously published instructions.
