The AUF file for state health has been modified to use Group Health Eligibility Date for Hire Date as well as adding an indicator for Summer Transfers on the Benefits tab which will also use the Group Health Eligibility Date.

The file has been modified to include employees on unpaid leave of absence. The leave without pay Leave ID is now required when creating the file.

New ICMA-RC file requirements provided by ICMA-RC are now available.

New reporting/file requirements for NY-45 to begin 1st quarter 2019 are now available.

New 2019 941 form is now available.

North Dakota tax withholding changes are now available.  Go to the ND STATE Deduction Description and use the Copy Standard Setup button on the Compute tab to update all changes.

A new 2018 W2 file format for West Virginia has been made available for Virginia clients.  This file is located in the Payroll Module under the bottom resource bar under Other – Virginia State Reports – WV EFW2 Electronic File.
