Support Ticket Issues Related to Recent Program Release
It has come to our attention that an issue in the recent program release is preventing our clients from submitting support tickets via the help desk menu in RDA software. We are currently working to correct this problem. In the meantime, you can submit a help desk ticket by going to https://rdasystems.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you or RDA have already ran these updates:
a fix will be released soon. We will send an email letting you know when the next release is ready. If you are part of our program update service, when a fix is released, we will contact you again to download and run the update with the fix.
If you have not ran the most recent updates but need the updated VA tax tables ASAP:
you can go ahead and run these updates now and use the information provided above to submit help desk tickets until the issue is resolved
If you are a VA client and part of our program update service and are scheduled to get new programs this week:
We plan to continue as scheduled with your updates so that you have the newest tax tables. When a fix is released, we will contact you again to download and run the update with the fix.
