AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (ACA): Employer Mandate

Enforcement of provisions of Affordable Care Act that mandated employers with 50 or more employees must provide health coverage to all full-time employees (30 hours or more per week) has received a one-year reprieve. ?_The “employer mandate” will become effective January 2015 (instead of 2014).
