In OpenRDA, a user can now display his/her msmtp log from Help (menu bar). When there are emailing issues, this log can be accessed to determine if the emails were sent to the organization’s email server from the OpenRDA server. It cannot, of course, indicate if the email was actually delivered to the recipient.
