A new report has been created for OpenRDA and added to Deductions Reports. The Gross, Net, and Tax Amounts Report uses the personnel pay master (PAYPPMS) and the deduction pay master (PAYDPMS). Displayed in the report are gross and net (from PAYPPMS) and withheld tax deduction amounts (from PAYDPMS) by payroll date. The last column is the sum of all withheld non-tax deductions excluding direct deposits. The employee’s social security number can be masked if desired. Customers who upgraded to OpenRDA from MBGUI will find that it produces results similar to the payroll register summary report.
