New OPENRDA programs released 12/13/17 and Holiday Hours

New OpenRDA programs were made available on the web today:

  • OpenRDA 4.0 compile date is 12/12/2017 and the release version is: 4.0.33-39140.

This release contains the following:

  • 2017 Forms 1095 B and C and the 1094/1095 Electronic File
  • 2017 W-2 forms
  • 2017 1099 forms
  • The Georgia State SHBP Health Benefit file has been modified to include refund contributions
  • The Georgia GAPSC Import Highest Level and Import Certification have been modified to skip irrelevant data resulting in more accurate importing
  • A new time import process using a spreadsheet time entry is now available
  • A Reversal Direct Deposit ACH file
  • The Sub Employee Paid Amounts Report is now available to email
  • Fixed asset save errors and descriptions on reports have been corrected
  • Fixes for reporting with multiple definition types

 

On a separate note, RDA will also be closing at noon on Friday, December 15th for our annual Christmas party. However, we will be responding to emergency ticket. If your ticket needs priority assistance during the afternoon of the 15th, please send an email to support@rdasys.com with URGENT in the subject. Non-urgent tickets will be returned Monday morning.

RDA will also be closed:

  • 12/25/17-12/26/17 – For Christmas
  • 1/1/18-1/2/18 – For New Year’s
