OpenRDA 3.0?_programs have a Compile Date of 02/29/2016 and Release Date of 02/29/2016.?_?_ ?_
OpenRDA 4.0?_programs have a Compile Date of 02/29/2016 and version number of 4.0.14-38124.
These updates include the ability to create a State only Electronic W2 file for those that are required to file in two states and corrections needed to get Budget Prep 4.0 aligned with 3.0.
