OpenRDA 3.0 and 4.0 Programs Released

New OpenRDA 3.0 and 4.0 programs were made available on the website February 23, 2017.

OpenRDA 3.0 programs have a Compile date and Release date of 2/17/2017
OpenRDA 4.0 programs have a Compile Date of 2/22/2017 and version number of 4.0.27-38739.

This release contains a minor correction for 2015 1095s created when 2016 1095 programs were released. OpenRDA 4.0 customers will find changes to the Home page which now includes links to Blogs, Product Announcements and Press Releases (formerly News Articles).
