PAYROLL – W2 Electronic Filing

For customers that pay withholding taxes to more than one state, we have enhanced the EFW2-EFILE Range Screen so that a State Only electronic W-2 file can be created for each state. Specifically, we have added a “File Only for State” input field, which allows for filtering down to a specified state’s records when a state code is populated. As an extension to this, any employee that has taxable wages in multiple states will only have lines added to the file that match the specified state code.
