The Refund Deductions process has been enhanced so that an employee total and a session total display on the screen. This process is an optional software bundle for OpenRDA 101 customers. It allows a pay identification to be created and a refund (by check only) to be processed to current or non-current employees (active or inactive jobs) when the employee is not receiving other pay. Taxable earnings can also be adjusted (along with employee and employer share of FICA and Medicare) when the deduction being refunded is a pre-tax deduction.
