SELECT PAYROLL VIA MULTIPLE RATES

Meeting Unit rate identification has been added to the Multiple Rates in Mass process. This method of selecting employees into a payroll allows all standard rates for an employee’s job to display on one screen for selection and entry of units (for unit-based rates). Those standard rates are SALARY, SALARY ADJUST, HOURLY UNIT, OVERTIME-BASE, OVERTIME-ABOVE, LEAVE DOCKED, SICK PAY, VACATION PAY, ADJUSTMENTS, DAILY UNIT, and MEETING UNIT. The generic setup variable, Display Multiple Rates in Mass, must be on (checked) for the Multiple Rates process to display on Payroll’s taskbar in OpenRDA.
