The Occupational Tax Refund processes have been moved from the Resource Bar (Other) to the Taskbar. Please note that this tab includes a process for distribution of refunds. However, there is no distribution of refunds that are on a cash basis (as is normally the case for Occupational Tax) since the refund voucher in Vendor Payments is where the accounting is stored.
From Help via the Add Refunds screen, you can access OpenRDA Answers/Documentation button for this process in the Occupational Tax module.
