CERITIFCATION POINTS TRANSCRIPT REPORT

The Certification Points Transcript Report has been modified to allow additional range and selection options. This Recertification Transcript uses the Certification Points (PERCPTS) file and only certificate types that Use Point Evaluation will select. The report produces a single page per certificate for an employee and displays Personnel ID, Name, Pay Location, Certificate Number, Certificate Type, License Number, Issue Date, Expiration Date, Points Needed, Points Earned and Point Deficit. It also includes Points Transaction Number, Option, Activity, Issue Date, and Points. ??These will not display if the points record is from a previous renewal.
