COMPUTE REVENUE BUDGET

The process for computing the Estimated Revenues Budget has been modified so that the budget (fiscal) years and budget identifications are selected and saved. This, in turn, will cause the range screen to display. This change allows screen defaults (personal, site, group) to be saved on the range screen as desired (previously, saving screen defaults caused problems as the budget identifications are dynamic to the budget/fiscal year).
