CREATE WORK GROUPS AND USERS

To streamline adding new users to the Archive module’s work groups, the taskbar in Security for OpenRDA now includes Create Work Groups and Users and Create Department-Level Work Group and Users. A user cannot view/access E-Documents unless in the work group.
