DEDUCTION TYPE RANGE OPTION ADDED TO ICMA-RC VRS HYBRID PLAN FILE

Ranging on Deduction Type has been added to allow to run the file separately for 401A and 457??contributions. Recommend using the tilde in the TO column to search for all related types ??(Example: FROM 401A TO 401A~). The date and time are now being added to the filename in??order to create a new and unique name each time to avoid overwriting files.
