EMAIL DOCUMENTS (EMAILMISCDOCMASS)

For organizations that have level 3 of the Archive (F.A.S.T.) module, a process for emailing archived documents in mass within the Miscellaneous Billing module has been developed for OpenRDA. The process appears on the Statement tab of the Misc Billing Charges task bar and on the Delinquent tab of the Misc Billing Receipts task bar. For documents to select, the customer (owner) master must contain an email address. Level 3 of the Archive (F.A.S.T.) module allows for scanning, attaching, and emailing of documents.
