The Email Vendors report process for OpenRDA has been modified to ensure that only one email per email address (or one text message if this is the preferred delivery method) is sent. This report allows emails to be sent to vendors individually or in mass. The vendor address file must contain either an Email Address or have Text Message checked. It is accessed via Reports but is only visible with level 2 or level 3 of the Archive (F.A.S.T.) module.
