The Expenditure Monthly Trends Report has been enhanced to include an option for Print Fund Totals Only. With this option, the report will list fund totals for Appropriations and Encumbrances; totals for each of the 14 fiscal months; and Percent Used (Expenditures and Encumbrances as a percentage of Appropriations). When the Print Fund Totals Only option is not elected, the report will reflect this same information for each individual expenditure account code. This report is accessed via Reports –> Summary –> Expenditure.
