GENERIC SETUP VARIABLES: DISPLAY FIELDS

Generic Setup Variables have been created for use in Personnel Demographics to control display of the Old ID field and the County Employee field. It is recommended that consolidated organizations (school/county) turn on/check the Display County Employee flag to facilitate grouping of employees for reporting purposes (the field will display on the Status tab on the Personnel Demographics Maintain Screen to the right of Employee Status field and can be checked/turned on for county employees). The field can also be used in custom security to control access.
