GEORGIA: G-1003 ANNUAL TAX FILE

For OpenRDA, a new report process has been created and added to the Georgia Reports in the Payroll module (Other menu). This report will create a G-1003 csv (comma-delimited) file for uploading to the State of Georgia. This is a summary, one-line file of the W2s for the selected tax/calendar year. The name of the file will be GATAX.csv and it can be accessed from the /rda/xpert directory as well as in Payroll’s electronic filing cabinet. A link to the Georgia Tax Center is on the DOS COPY WINDOW. Please refer to the Georgia Department of Revenue for further instructions on saving and uploading this file.
