Thanksgiving is a wonderful national holiday in the United States, and will be celebrated on Thursday, November the 25th this year!
Over 300 years ago on November 25th,1621, the Plymouth colonists and the Wampanoag native Indiana shared an autumn harvest feast that is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in new world. It wasnโt until 1863, in the midst of the Civil War, that President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a national Thanksgiving Day to be held each November.
In observance for this holiday our offices will be closed on Thursday November 25th and Friday November 26th.
Our Thanksgiving prayer for you and your family: โGod, we thank you for the blessing and joy of family. May we all see the many ways you provide for us, comfort us and protect us. Bless this food to make us healthy and strong. Amen.โ
Psalm 107.1 NKJV โOh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His [a]mercy endures forever.โ
