Pricing: One-time setup fee of $750, plus $3 per form (cover page & envelope included)
- RDA generates filled forms
- RDA ships completed forms and envelopes to you in bulk (items not stuffed)
- You stuff and mail your completed forms to employees and / or contractors

Pricing: One-time setup fee of $750, plus $4.50 per form (cover page & envelope included)

RDA Systems will revise and confirm your data accuracy before any forms are mailed or filed electronically.
Yes, we will e-file to the SSA and the State of Virginia.
The IRS had announced that organizations with 10 or more forms will be required to file electronically. Therefore, RDA will not support the printing of the red Copy A W2 and 1099 form. You will need to purchase the W2 and 1099 Copy A and W3 forms from another source and complete them manually. You may choose to file your W2s electronically or have RDA do it for you.
Yes! We’ve got you covered!: SSA $525 & VA $225, or both for only $750!
No problem!! If you get the Level 2 Service, RDA will print the forms and mail them to you. You only have to upload your data.
Yes! We will be happy to provide the support needed to successfully complete your order. We will invoice this as an additional $750 on your final invoice.
January 13th is the last day to place orders for a shipping date of January 17th. Orders place after this date will have a 10% fee for processing, with a shipping date of January 24th.
No, the forms will be printed on both side of a full sheet. If you choose Level 2 the forms will need to be cut for distribution. If you need the forms separated, Level 3 will provide the stuffing and mailing of forms.
