Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
All Clients who have ESS PIM can add the Direct Deposit Change Requests feature.
All Clients who have ESS PIM + LEAVE can add the Substitute feature.
All Clients who have ESS PIM + LEAVE + TIME can add the Create Time from Leave feature.
Technically, yes…However, we do not recommend using this feature if your organization is using Frontline as we cannot yet auto assign Substitutes through ESS; but if you have a more basic method currently in place, ESS might be perfect for you.
