New?_OpenRDA 3.0 and 4.0?_programs were made available on the website Thursday, December 10, 2015. These programs include 2015 W2 and 1099 changes as well as the ACA 1095 Forms. The electronic filing for ACA will be released in January.

North Carolina’s 2016 income tax withholding rate increasees to 5.85% from 5.75% effective 1/1/2016 ?_
A “Refuse Email 1095” flag,?_similar to Refuse Email W2, has been added to Personnel Demographics to denote those employees wanting a paper copy
The font and contrast style in OpenRDA 4.0 have been enhanced to make screens easier to view
