PAY JOBS: MULTIPLE RATES PER JOB

A process for paying jobs, designed particularly for OpenRDA 101 customers, has been added to Payroll’s task bar (under Pay Jobs on the Start tab). This process, Multiple Rates per Job, allows entry of multiple rates of pay for one job to be entered on one screen (for example, when regular hours and overtime hours need to be entered for the same job). Visibility of this new process, as well as the Pay Jobs in Mass and Pay Jobs Individually, are controlled via Payroll Generic Setup Variables. This process can only be used when the Number of Pays (pay frequency) is maintained in the Job Master (which is always the case for OpenRDA 101).
