PERSONNEL CALENDAR JOB PAY BY MONTH (CYMONTHLYPAYJOB2)

A new report has been created for OpenRDA and placed on the Calendar and Fiscal Year reports menu. This report uses the Job Calendar file (PAYJCSM). It is sorted by Personnel ID, Calendar Year, and Job Number. Units, Gross, and Net Pay are displayed for the employee and job for each calendar month (the position ID and gross ID will list for each job; the personnel status and personnel class for the employee will also display). A supplemental report title can be entered on the Select and Range tab. Also, an optional page break by employee is provided should you wish to give this report to employees.
