PERSONNEL DEMOGRAPHICS: RETIREMENT EMPLOYEE ID

A new field has been added to the Personnel Demographics file (PERDMG) for Retirement Employee ID. It is located on the Benefits tab of the maintain screen (and also available to the search browse and define list screens) and allows up to 20 characters (alphanumeric). The field can be populated via the personnel demographics maintain master or when new employees are added (via Add Personnel).
Please note that it is not visible for organizations in the State of Virginia as there is already a VRS Employee ID field (at some point in time, consideration can given to automatic conversion of the VRS field to this new generic field once all reports/processes that use the field are identified).
