SET ACTIVE FLAG TO FALSE IN SUBSTITUTE MASTER

A range screen has been created for the report to inactivate substitute masters in mass (for OpenRDA, this is accessed from the Maintenance menu in the Substitute Management module). Previously, this report ran automatically (with program updates) to inactivate masters for non-current employees (based on value in personnel demographics). It no longer runs automatically but does continue to allow this selection as well as other ranges (including the new field for last work entry using substitute work transactions).
