SET FINALED FLAG WHEN WORK UNITS EQUAL PAID UNITS

A button has been added on the Substitute Work Maintain Screen to Set Finaled Flag When Work Units Equal Paid Units. This situation does not occur often as the Finaled Flag is automatically set when the transactions are selected via the Select Substitutes process. ??Setting the finaled flag will prevent the transaction from being selected in future Select Subs processes. After selecting the button, cancel out of the transaction. When the transaction is viewed again, the Finaled Flag will be set by User SETFINALED REPO and the button will be locked.
