SET INCLUDE FOR BUDGETING

A report has been created for OpenRDA that can be used to set (or unset) the new Include for Budgeting field in payroll job masters. A printout is not provided as this report process immediately updates the database. After running this report process, you can query payroll job masters, selecting based on the status of this field. The Include for Budgeting field is on the Contract tab of the job master maintain screen. This new report is accessed from Maintenance (Set, Change, or Clear) on the resource bar. When gathering jobs into Budget Prep module, selection based on this field is available.
