SOURCE ARCHIVE BATCH FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY

Balance Sheet, Expenditure, and Revenue Activity screens have been modified to show the Archive Source Batch. This has been done to faciliate location of the archived report in the module’s electronic filing. The Filename for these type of archived reports automatically have a prefix that incorporates System Year, System Month, System Date, and System Time (e.g., a filename that begins with 2012-08-17.11-55 would be one for which flags were set on August 17, 2012 at 11:55 a.m.).
