1099 TYPE ON ADD PO VOUCHERS

The 1099 Type field is now a scroll list to select the 1099 Type rather than a free form text field. ??This will avoid entering an incorrect 1099 type for the voucher when it is different than the default 1099 type set up on the Vendor Master.
