APPLY RECURRING VOUCHERS IN MASS

A new function has been developed for OpenRDA and the initial implementation is for the Apply Recurring Vouchers process. Using Table Edit (instead of Process by Exceptions) as the Select Type will allow up to 100 vouchers to be viewed/edited on a single VENARVTE Maintain Screen. Each page of the table can contain up to 100 vouchers (use the page numbers at the top of the screen to go to the next page). As soon as an amount is changed, the Total Voucher Amount (at the bottom??of the screen) updates. To skip (not pay) a voucher, change the amount to zero (0.00). Once all amounts have been entered/edited, click the Continue button. That will cause vouchers to create for all non-zero amounts. You may, of course, continue to use Process by Exceptions as the Select Type method.
