DOCUMENT TYPES: UPLOAD TO ESS

A new field has been added to the Document Type file in the Personnel module for Upload to ESS. This should be set to true (checked) for any types of documents that would be available for employees to view or add. For example, this should be set/checked for document types of W2 FORM as well as other types of documents which employees may be adding such as CERTIFICATE for Teaching Certificates. The Upload to ESS should not be set/checked for administrative/internal documents such as HIRE EMPLOYEE and TERM EMPLOYEE. Organizations with the ESS module should carefully review their Document Types to ensure the field is set correctly prior to running the Upload Document Types process; when the Upload Document Types (PERDTYPUPD) process is run, it will automatically remove document types (and associated documents) for those without Upload to ESS set to true (checked).
