PERCENTAGE FIELD ON ADD STANDARD DEDUCTIONS

The Percentage field on the Add Standard Deductions Maintain Screen has been modified to allow up to four positions after the decimal, so that percentages maintained at the employee level can be entered without needing to be rounded. This change was made in conjunction with the VRS Hybrid Plan.
