UNEMPLOYMENT DEDUCTION DESCRIPTION ENHANCEMENT

All Deduction Descriptions that contains UNEMPLOYMENT as the Deduction Type have been modified to where both the Use Withholding Limit percentage field as well as the Which Calculates to field, will automatically update based on the percentage entered for the Compute Type. Previously the Use Withholding Limit percentage had to be manually changed if it did not match the Which Calculates to field.
