Organizations that have level 3 of the Archive (F.A.S.T.) module can now scan and attach documents to Customer Masters in the Utility Billing module. Document types (for example, APPLICATIONS) are established via Setup (from the Resource Bar). Attach Documents displays on the Utility Billing Customers taskbar. Documents can also be attached directly from a customer master.
