The W2 forms and MMREF Social Security electronic file for reporting year 2019 are now available.

The Email Subs Payment Report is now available for Employee Self Serve (ESS) Clients on the Payroll Task Menu to allow to email the reports in addition to uploading to ESS.

The report has been changed according to new 2020 requirements where employer paid RHIC percentage is not included for employees with a hire date of January 1, 2020 and after.

All Deduction Descriptions that contains UNEMPLOYMENT as the Deduction Type have been modified to where both the Use Withholding Limit percentage field as well as the Which Calculates to field, will automatically update based on the percentage entered for the … Read More
