ACTIVITY: NEW FIELDS FOR REFERENCE IDENTIFICATION AND FROM UNDO PROCESS.

New fields for From Undo Process and for Reference Identification have been created in balance sheet, expenditure, and revenue activity files. The From Undo Process field will be set for activity created from the various undo processes. The Reference Identification field will be populated when reports that create activity at the reference identification level are executed. For example, distribution for receipts and journal entries will write the Journal Identification; clear checks/EFTs process from Vendor Payments will write the Journal Identification; Occupational Tax will write the Charge Year; Building Permits will write the Permit Type; Real Estate Management will write the Tax Year; Payroll Vendor Withholding Distribution will write based on the generic setup variable (deduction type or deduction description identification or nothing).
