The Clear State Outstanding report in the Personal Property module has been changed so that it can be executed for multiple tax years instead of one tax year at a time. Because of this change, previously saved screen defaults that contained a tax year will need to be deleted (it should also be noted that ranging on tax year instead of selection of one tax year will make record selection take longer; however, this increased time should be offset by only needing to run it once instead of multiple times when more than one tax year is involved). This process is accessed from the Property module, Personal Property Receipts –> Maintenance –> Process State
